Must be received day of special. Can not be booked or bought and used at a later date. Dates are specified either in the posts or captions of specials.

Our Cancelation Policy Is 48 Hours

We require notice of cancelation 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. The credit card on file will be charged 50% of your booked service fee. 100% of the service fee will be charged in the event of a "No show No call". No future appointments may be scheduled until this fee is paid. Please understand, when a short notice cancelation or no show happens we cannot offer that appointment slot to another client.

In cases of large group bookings the same cancellation policy is applied however a 72 hour notice of cancelation is required. If your appointment is on a Saturday please give us 5 days notice. Group bookings require a 50% deposit upon booking, this deposit will be returned upon meeting 72 hour cancelation requirement.
